OzTechNinja was built out of frustration of trying to look for jobs on existing generalised job search engines that don't deal well with matching niche technical skills.

OzTechNinja's search engine was written specifically for tech jobs, and to make it trivial to find jobs that suit a person's unique set of skills and interests.

Rather than you having to figure out the right keywords to search for, OzTechNinja will look at your entire resume, and find jobs that are the best match for all of your skills; something that other general search engines just can't do.
